Wednesday, July 27 Mr. Wang Jun, Journalist and author of "An Evolutionary History of Beijing City" will talk to CCC members and friends the history and story of Beijing City and the challenge of modernization and conservation. Mr. Wang was just invited by UNESCO Beijing to talk during its "Beijing and Beijing" series of events held in June.
Tuesday, July 26 "Back-Street-Beijing" Walking Tour will repeat one of its popular routes: Xijiekou and Huguosi Area, where the interesting places include two artists¡¯ museum, a hive coal-producing plant, most famous Beijing snack shop and restaurant, and others.
