Resolving stress in a traditional Chinese way
Saturday, January.21, 2-3:30pm
CCC expert will give an illustrated talk on traditional Chinese medicine; body meridians & channels; then demonstrate on several ancient Chinese exercises to live a long life, and self-massage and breath techniques.
The talk will be conducted in English with audience's interactive participation.

Spring Couplets and Spring Festival

Before the Chinese New Year, try your hand at writing chun lian (spring couplets)-- a must for every Chinese family during the Spring Festival! The event will start with a talk on the history and meaning of the Chinese New Year in lunar calendar, how the Chinese celebrate their New Year, and what is the symbol of the spring couplets.
