January highlights:
It will be a good month of city visits and tours, such as to the Jade and Enamel Factory; Tap Water Museum & Underground City; China Film Museum; etc. And for Explore China, check out Pingyao (courtyard complex with raised lanterns) and Xi'an (Terracotta Army Site) Tours as well as the popular Harbin (Snow World) tour.

Also worth checking out are the seminars by two visiting scholars: Comparison of East and West by Emma Tao White and Improving reading Knowledge of Chinese by David Porter. Also don't miss the Buddhism Talk on "Three Jewels, Four Dharma Seals and Four Noble Truths; and the book club chat on Moment of Peking by Lin Yutang, who was nominated the Nobel Prize for Literature with this book in 1975
