Chinese New Year is around the corner!
A special tour & lecture are arranged before the Spring Festival: this Wednesday's Glazed Tile Village in the south of Beijing, where you see beautiful village by the mountains and kilns producing the golden glazed roof tiles;
And the next Wednesday a a lecture on the ancient book I Ching (Book of Changes), a system of divination, cosmology and philosophy that subsequently became intrinsic to Chinese culture. It is one of the main sources for fengshui, fortune-telling and Chinese philosophy and values.
During the Chinese Spring Festival, CCC will organize a tour to a village in south of Beijing to experience the traditional village celebration : fire crackers, stilts dances; drums and donkeys; and have lunch in farmers' homes.
