CCC Operations Manager Wanted

Both Chinese and foreign nationals considered. No mandarin ability is required for western applicants. This is a full time job (Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day).

Areas of Responsibility
- Bearing overall responsibility for the Operations of  both Tours & Cultural Programs Departments, which organises all group or private tours or cultural events and classes provided by the CCC.
- Supervising a staff of about 5 people and ensuring smooth operations.
- Giving staff training and guidance on effective working methods, customer communications and service.
- Assessing staff performance and monitoring the quality of tour leaders.
- Maintaining and developing customer relationships and handling complaints.
