Qigong Morning Class

Qigong is an ancient art of healing and self-healing which originated in China as early as four thousand years ago. The sets of exercises bring about a balanced energy flow, the end result is optimizing body and mind. CCC offers Baduanjin & Yijinjing Qigong classes in English. >>> more

New Cultural tours

Two fascinating tours that haven't been scheduled for over a year are now coming! One is to experience a famous Zen monastery -- stay overnight in temple, and eat & chant prayers together with monks. The other is to visit Baoding, the former capital of Hebei, and explore the herbal wholesale market, largest underground war tunnel site, and mummy bound with jade suit.
