ENQUIRY-
This is an expert guided tour exploring the old colonial districts and areas where the western and classic Chinese villas still exist. The beautiful renovated Haihe river, the traditional lanes, neighborhood and market will also be visited, including meeting a family in their old villa home. We will also visit the last emperor Puyi's former residence, Mao's residence in Tianjin and view old photos of Tianjin (some of them are off-limits to visitors but just open to CCC members).
The concession area will include villas and colonial buildings of Italy, Germany, UK, France, Austro-Hungary, and Japan, American barracks, as well as British consulates, German Club, British Club and Victoria Park. (please note that some areas and buildings have been used as offices and governmental office buildings, so we can not enter in).
The expert in Tianjin history and city planning field will guide us during the tour. English interpretation will be provided.

We will take the high-speed bullet train to Tianjin and return.
Lunch will be in a nice traditional restaurant.
Meeting Place: 8:00am Beijing South Railway Station (please meet at the WEST ENTRANCE and look for guide with the CCC flag).
Pre-payment (usually 3 days in advance) is required to ensure train tickets. Please inquire by phone call to check available spaces if you sign up in the last minute.
